We are delighted to be welcoming Abbie from Acrotrix to our studios this October holidays to host our first Acro Training Day of 2024-2025! Dancers will be split into groups based on age and ability and take part in strengthening, flexibility, balance & group work, tricks and tumbling under Abbie’s expert guidance. Intermediate Acro - 10:00am - 12:00noon Dancers in this session must have a strong handstand into bridge in the centre, cartwheel, one-handed cartwheel and fall back into bridge unaided. Advanced Acro - 12:30pm - 2:30pm Dancers in this session must be able to walkover (front/back), front limber, flying cartwheel/pop cartwheel and aerial. Spaces are very limited to allow students 1-1 time with Abbie to ensure they each leave the session with new tricks/skills and goals for Term 2.
